You should be able to just downloaded SMS Backup Reader, run it (just double click it, or right click, and open with Java), select the XML file, and click Load. It came in as a xml file. It said that ZI cold open it in Excel but when I did, there was just tons of data that was unrecognizable. I have a mac what can I do to get this file to read like a word file or a file that I can recognize, then print it out. I have to take the file to court in a day.
